Aluminum dovetail base is designed to accept finder scope (with bracket) or EZ Finder . Ideal for custom installation of a finder scope on telescopes not already equipped with a compatible base. Bases feature a large thumbscrew lock to secure the finder scope bracket in place . Note: there are no attachment screws to hold it to your optical tube assembly.
You can use M4, M5, or 1/4inch threads screws to assemble it to your optical tube.
The use is easy. Just put it on the optical tube and tighten the screws.

This adapter plate allow you to increase the versatility of larger mounts by allowing attachment of your telescopes or tube ring systems that utilize the narrow male mounting bar. The Wide-to-Narrow Dovetail Adapter will convert your mount to the narrow Vixen-style saddle which accepts the narrow dovetail bars. The adapter has four screw holes on the side, you can choose any two to install the large labor-saving knobs to adjust the width. This design allows the saddle to be opened wide for easy drop-in attachment of the dovetail bar. The adapters are CNC machined throughout. No tools are need for installation.
